yoga Training 300-Hour

Yoga Training · Level II

Deepen your journey in yoga

Yogaia’s Level II training is intended for people who have already completed a 200-hour training course or equivalent and feel the need to deepen their practice, knowledge and teaching of yoga.

This second stage of the training programme provides a space to consolidate the path already begun and develop it with coherence and depth.

The practice of yogic techniques becomes a support for progressing in the process of self-realisation while also sharing it from a more mature and integrated place.

A training programme that supports both personal growth and the ability to transmit yoga with respect and fidelity to its essence.

Teaching team

At Yogaia, our teaching team brings long-standing experience in the practice and teaching of yoga, guiding the learning process with rigour, sensitivity and care.

Carlos Franco

Carlos Franco began practising yoga in 2008 with Mariona Costa and completed Hatha Raja Yoga training at Yogaia in 2016. Since then, he has explored different strands of traditional yoga in depth, studying Hatha Yoga with Surinder Singh in Rishikesh, Ashtanga Vinyasa with Santiago Pinto and taking part in immersions with Sri Andrei Ram.

With training in Yin Yoga, anatomy and Ayurveda, his path has also been shaped by long stays in several āśrams in India, including Amritapuri, Amma’s home. These experiences have strengthened his deep connection with Sanātana Dharma and Patañjali’s yoga as paths of inner realisation.

MarionaWeb

Mariona Costa, Daya Ma Om

Mariona holds a degree in Philosophy and has taught Hatha Raja Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa and meditation since 2005.

As a founding member of Yogaia, she has coordinated the school’s training programme since 2016, supporting hundreds of students in their growth process.

Her journey is deeply connected to the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra and Sri Andrei Ram Om, who recognised her in 2014 by giving her the spiritual name Daya Ma Om.

Her teaching combines clarity, depth and a welcoming approach, focusing on direct experience and the inner development that practice can generate.

Roger Escolà

A chemist by training with studies in Ayurveda, Roger has taught Hatha Raja Yoga since 2006 within the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra and Sri Andrei Ram Om.

Together with Mariona, he coordinates Yogaia’s 200-hour and 300-hour training programmes and is part of the teaching team for both.

He brings a precise, structured perspective to the practice, helping students understand the subtler aspects of being and energetic anatomy from a clear, practical foundation.

Yiannis Mukta Om

A disciple of Sri Dharma Mittra, Yiannis Mukta Om is a devoted student of self-realisation and embodies his guru’s inner strength and playful nature.

Yiannis moved to New York from a small Greek island in 2002 and found his way to his guru, Sri Dharma Mittra, whose presence transformed his life. Under Dharma’s constant guidance for more than ten years, he received the teachings of yoga and has shared them around the world since 2013.

He is able to guide students beyond the senses, mind and intellect towards the deepest states of meditation and understanding cultivated alongside Sri Dharma Mittra.

Carme Nalini

Carme is a mantra and kirtan singer and yoga teacher, and has run her yoga school, Narayoga in Granollers (Barcelona), for more than twenty years.

Carme feels that when she discovered yoga, her heart opened to a new way of understanding music as a vehicle for the soul. She now helps yoga practitioners introduce the voice and the magic of mantra into their classes.

Jordi Mosoll

Jordi Mosoll began working as a firefighter at a young age. The profession sparked his interest in the human body and led him to study Physiotherapy. After several years in clinical practice, he continued his training in Osteopathy for a further six years at the Escola del Concepte Osteopàtic in Barcelona.

Working with people of different ages and with athletes led him to realise that subtle aspects of the body were not sufficiently understood. He then began practising yoga and trained as a teacher in the Sivananda tradition in Rudraprayag. He has practised with a wide range of international teachers, studied meditation with Isidro Gordi and taken part in several vipassana retreats.

He has taught courses in different parts of the world, including Lebanon, Italy, Argentina, Spain, Australia and Taiwan.

Amelia Melo

Amelia is trained in mindfulness, mindful eating, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and transpersonal art therapy, as well as Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, trauma-informed yoga and Hatha Raja Yoga.

She holds a Master’s degree in Relaxation, Meditation and Mindfulness from the University of Barcelona. She created Mysteria, the Beauty of Silence, a programme designed to cultivate awareness of beauty through art in museums.

She collaborates with Fundació Vila Casas—Museus Can Framis and Can Mario—and has delivered programmes at the University of Navarra Museum and the National Sculpture Museum in Valladolid, among other organisations and yoga centres.

Laia Villegas

Indologist, teacher and transpersonal therapist, Laia Villegas has been walking the path of yoga and consciousness for more than 25 years. After completing her studies in Humanities, she moved to India to study Sanskrit and Hindu philosophy (at the Universities of Varanasi and Pune) and to deepen her understanding of the teachings of the sacred texts with several masters of the tradition. It was in India that she discovered yoga and meditation, trained with teachers from different traditions and consolidated her spiritual practice.

Her lifelong interest has been the universal spirituality that underpins the yoga tradition.

She has translated several books on yoga and is the author of Les estrofes del Samkhya (Fragmenta / Kairós) and Diccionario del yoga (Herder Editorial).

A yogini for more than 25 years, she is a certified yoga teacher (ROPEC) and a YACEP trainer (Yoga Alliance). For the past 20 years, she has been teaching Sanskrit, philosophy and Yoganidra on a range of yoga teacher training programmes.

Her way of teaching is characterised by making the complex simple, the distant familiar, and the theoretical practical. She has always been inspired to build bridges between the ancient tradition and the modern practice of yoga, and between psychology and spirituality.

She trained in Hatha Raja Yoga under the guidance of Andrei Ram and has deepened her practice of Yoganidra through training in various schools and methods (Satyananda, iRest, I AM Yoga Nidra, Prananidra, among others).

An accredited coach and transpersonal psychology therapist, she works as a life coach, supporting people through their personal development towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.

She loves what she does and shares it with depth, love and joy. Her Yoganidra classes offer an immersive experience of deep relaxation, energetic harmonisation and an expansion of consciousness.
