Saturday and Sunday, from 10.15 am to 1.15 pm

This course is intended for yoga teachers and anyone interested in deepening their understanding and practice of meditation. Over two mornings, we will explore three major spiritual traditions of India —Classical Yoga, Vedanta and Buddhism—, combining theory and practice to experience their teachings in a simple and transformative way.

What we will explore

  • Discover the deeper meaning of meditation and how it differs from other practices, such as mindfulness.
  • Practise essential techniques from each tradition: dhyāna and prāṇāyāma in Yoga, ātma-vichāra in Vedanta, and vipassanā and mettā-bhāvanā in Buddhism.
  • Learn how to guide beginners in meditation and how to establish a sustainable daily practice.
